January 15th- February 1st- Early bird registration, receive $10 off
March 1st -Regular registration closes
After this date you can register to be placed on a waitlist for open positions.
Team, teammate, and coach requests are not guaranteed.
A $10 late registrant fee will be applied to registrations after March 1st.
April 11th/12th - Opening weekend of Spring season
June 7th - Last day of Spring season

REGISTRATION TIPS

Use the age chart (Age Chart) to determine the correct division for your child. Register with their Legal Name-do not use nicknames and include the full hyphenated last name if it applies. If you are a returning player and you make any changes, including removing the middle name, you will be treated as a new player.

After your registration is submitted you will receive a follow up email to set up your BYGA account (typically within one week). At this time you will need to upload player's state issued birth certificate, completed medical release form, and Sideline Project certification.

ALL PLAYERS will need to upload a copy of their state issued birth certificate or passport (hospital birth certificates can not be accepted). We do not have access to birth certificates previously uploaded into the old system, so everyone will need to reupload. If you need to order a birth certificate, you can find that information at www.doh.wa.gov for Washington State.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: Please do not request a specific practice day or time. The coaches set up their practices in mid March. We do not know when and where teams will be practicing. There is a spot on the registration form to request a specific team, buddy, or coach. Be aware that we will do our very best to honor requests but they are not guaranteed.

UNIFORMS: U5-U7 players will choose a t-shirt at no additional fee. U8 and older players will need a $45 uniform kit. *Uniforms are the same every season, so if you already have one, you do not need to purchase new.*

Spring - I understand that this registration may only be cancelled through March 15th

Cancellations after these dates for ANY reason will incur a $25 processing fee.

*Player Photo Requirements

All players must have current player photo on file. Valid player photos should be a clear identifiable photo from the shoulders up, facing forward, with nothing obstructing the face. These will be used on our rosters (*see guidelines below).
