Volunteer Requirements

All coaches, parents, referees, and volunteers associated with the Pacific Soccer Club are required to complete the National Background Check Application. This applies even if you have previously submitted this type of form. Please ensure you use your full given names—no nicknames or abbreviations.

1. SafeSport Training
2. Intro to Safety (Concussion and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certification)
3. RMA (Background check) - All returning coaches have an account with WYS Sports Connect. If you cannot access your account, you may not have a username but an email associated account. Please email info.pacificsc@gmail.com your first name, last name, and date of birth to give you this information if you have trouble logging in.

Before you can complete your RMA, you have to complete your certifications in US Soccer Learning Center. Certificates will expire one year after the completion date. Please see the link below for detailed instructions on how to complete the requirements.

Your name, DOB, and email address must match both the US Soccer Learning Center and Sports Connect (where you will complete your RMA/background check). Your certificates will not sync if they do not match and you will not be able to complete the background check.

All coaches, trainers, managers, team moms, and volunteers must complete a new RMA for the 2024 Fall season. Only those that did new RMA registrations on February 1st, 2025 or later are considered cleared for the fall.

WYS requires a headshot style photo of players and volunteers for use on our rosters. Please be sure your profile photo meets the requirements as shown below.
